Hi, I’m Simone

Outside of therapy I am/have also been: an astrologer, an artist, a natural builder and intentional community member, a cooperative worker-owner, a meditator, a dancer, a musician, and a group facilitator.

About Me:

I have a special interest in supporting deep and authentic connections that span differences.

I have worked with racially diverse couples, families and groups, mixed neurotype couples, families and groups, mixed ability relationships, and situations where an individual or partner may be feeling chronically unheard or misunderstood.

My primary values that I center are Individual and Collective Wellness and Connection to Self and Life. Loosening the tangled lines of harmful internalized messaging is both a personal and a relational process.

I particularly seek to support those who are working to increase their understanding of how their personal challenges are tied to larger systems so that they can reclaim their connection to self.

We can work together to foster resilience that weathers the stress and uncertainty involved in the process of change. The individual is the collective and the collective is individual.

Therapy Style:

You can expect me to be an active participant in therapy. My style is relational, attuned, animated, direct, and creative.

I’ll always seek to support your specific cadence, flow, needs, and goals.

I am a firm believer of leaning away from passive-style talk therapy and towards a more active mapping, connecting, linking, and feeling experience so that your therapy sessions can become a place of brave change that will support you even after therapy is complete.
