"Metabolizing big ideas and emotional realities doesn’t necessarily happen all at once; but, when we honor the process and make it our practice to continually ask these questions over and over again, change inevitably happens within and around us."

Areas Of Interest

Neurodiversity, Giftedness, & HSP

Often forced to the outside, if you are a neurodiverse, gifted, or highly sensitive person: this is a welcoming and safe place for you. I understand how hard it is to find a sense of belonging and understanding. I work with autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, & CPTSD individuals and also specialize in working with mixed neurotype couples. I seek to understand first and foremost your specific perceptual, interoceptive, social and communication map in order for us to work towards your goals.

Climate Grief, Eco-Anxiety & Activism

As a member of the Climate Psychology Alliance North America, I recognize the deep impacts of ecological separation and destruction on personal wellbeing, and center that our body is one with the body of our planet. I lean on existential and internal family systems therapy to support resilience building where it comes to eco-anxiety and climate grief.

Chronic Illness & Complex Trauma

I believe that all psychotherapy needs to refer to and communicate with our bodies, and that our bodies hold our stories. De-pathologizing and learning to reinterpret physical and psychological symptoms as information and guidance from our bodies is central to the work that I do.

Spiritual & Ritual Practices

Spiritual and non-western traditions of perception are welcome in this space. With 15 years experience as an astrologer and meditator I believe that planetary energies and archetypes can be a supportive supplement to western evidence-based practices. Whether you find tantra or tarot to be your go-to, I fully welcome your traditions and spiritual practices to be a pillar of support for your goals.
